In the event of you contacting us with an emergency IT problem, it may be possible that we can resolve the issue quickly, remotely. After gaining your permission, we use Centrastage and Team Viewer software to facilitate remote sessions to detect and repair any problems.
If your issue is hardware related or cannot be resolved via remote access, we will get one of our engineers out on site as quickly as possible. We’ll do our best to get you back up and running as quickly as possible by fixing issues on site, but if further diagnostic testing is required, we may need to collect your equipment and work on it at our offices.
