If you find yourself contacting us with an emergency IT problem, it may be possible that we can resolve your issue quickly from our office. After gaining your permission, we use Centrastage and Team Viewer software to facilitate remote sessions to detect and repair problems.
If your issue is hardware related or cannot be resolved via remote access, we will get one of our engineers out on site as quickly as possible. We’ll do our best to get you back up and running by fixing issues on site, however, if further diagnostic testing is required, we may need to collect your equipment to carry out further investigations at our workshop.
